Our Programs
For over 50 years, Huckleberry Youth Programs has partnered with Bay Area teens and families to overcome adversity. Huckleberry strengthens families and empowers young people with services that promote safety in times of crisis, physical and emotional health and well-being, social justice in communities facing inequity, and educational success.
Career Training and College Access
Huckleberry ACE (Access to College Equity) Academy is a college and career access program in Marin County for first-generation college students.
Huckleberry Counseling Services
Huckleberry Youth Programs offers family and individual therapy as well as case management.
Support for Sexually Exploited Youth
Huckleberry House Crisis Shelter
Huckleberry House offers 24-hour crisis intervention and emergency shelter to youth aged 12-17.
SF & Marin Health Care and Education
The Huckleberry Youth Health Centers offer comprehensive health services to Bay Area teens.

As federal SNAP benefits face potential cuts, we know many families and young people in our community are feeling anxious about how they`ll meet basic needs. We want you to know: Huckleberry is here, and you`re not alone.
What We Offer at All SF & Marin Sites: 🍎 Free food and groceries 🧴 Essential items (hygiene products, clothing, etc.) 🏠 Safe space and supportive staff 💬 Connections to additional resources

1. Afterschool Supper Program, visit SFUSD After School Program Resources website - San Francisco
2. Food Insecurity Resources, visit Marin library’s food insecurity webpage on - Marin
3. With SNAP Benefits Delayed, Restaurants Step Up to Feed Bay Area Families
4. The San Francisco-Marin Food Bank is operating temporary Pop-up Pantries. Use the Food Locator to find sites near you - San Francisco and Marin
5. Every SFUSD school site has free Breakfast & Lunch every school day for every student, regardless of income.
6. Visit San Francisco Human Services Agency at sfhsa.org/services/food or call (415) 557-5000 for information on food services: Calfresh (FoodStamps), Calfresh for Immigrants, free food locations, groceries, and meals.
7. Visit 211 if you need help connecting to services, including food, health care, transportation, and more.
Whether you need food today or help figuring out what benefits you might qualify for, our team is here to listen, support, and connect you with what you need.
